-Born 2017, 2018 session @ 12:45 - 1:45 PM (FULL)
-Born 2019, 2020 session @ 1:30 - 2:30 PM (FULL)
*The overlap allows for the younger kids to start their free play session while the older group is playing soccer
At Athletic Development Games, our mission is to ignite a love for movement and sports in children by creating a dynamic, age-appropriate environment that emphasizes fun and exploration. We are dedicated to helping kids build confidence, athleticism, and physical competence through engaging activities—setting them up for a lifetime of active, healthy living and success in whatever they choose to pursue.
What is PlayBoost Soccer?
PlayBoost Soccer is a fun-first approach that blends soccer with dynamic athletic development through exciting, action-packed games.
Our sessions are designed to ignite a love for the game while helping kids build self-confidence, athleticism, and soccer skills. By blending creative play with small-sided games, we create an engaging environment where kids can develop their physical abilities and fall in love with staying active.
What Can We Expect?
Free Play – A core part of all Athletic Development Games sessions is the opportunity for free play. Each session kicks off with free play to let the kids enjoy the many benefits of unstructured play—boosting creativity, confidence, and social skills in a fun, relaxed environment.
PlayBoost Games - Next we'll round up the kids for some exciting athletic development games designed to build coordination, agility, and confidence—both with and without the soccer ball. These games are all about keeping kids engaged, active, and having fun while developing key physical skills.
Soccer Play - We’ll wrap up each session with soccer games in a variety of fun formats. Kids will play on our indoor Air Pitch—a 15m x 10m inflatable field with built-in “boards” and small nets at each end.
*Parents may be invited to join in on some games with the 2019/2020 group to help keep the kids engaged and make the experience even more fun for the kids!
What Equipment Do We Need?
Indoor running shoes, soccer shin pads and socks are required.
Cost & Payment Details
The cost is $70 + HST, and full payment is required to secure a spot. After registering, your spot will be held for up to three weeks while awaiting payment. Cash and eTransfers are the preferred payment methods. Credit card payments are accepted (with a 3% processing fee).

About The Coaches:
Our PlayBoost Soccer sessions are led by myself (Kevin) alongside supportive helper coaches. With experience coaching U5 and U6 soccer teams, completing the Canada Soccer Active Start course, and over a decade in athletic development through my hockey training company, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping kids grow through play. This inspired the creation of the ADG Method—a research-backed approach that blends fun, engaging games with skill-building activities to boost kids' confidence, competence, and lifelong love for movement.
